摘要
组织工程支架的关键作用是引导细胞粘附、扩散、分裂,促进组织修复的过程,因此支架材料应为具有特定形状和相连孔结构,即细胞外基质替代物。综述了三维多孔支架的制备方法,包括超临界CO2萃取法、纤维粘结法、溶液浇铸/离子沥滤法、冷冻干燥法/相分离法、静电纺丝法、烧结微球法、快速成型法、复合法等,展望了未来组织工程支架发展的方向。
The key role of tissue engineering scaffolds is the guidance of cell adhesion,cell proliferation,cell division and the promotion of the tissue repair.The scaffolds are usually with complex external shapes and interconnected internal pores,namely substitute of extracellular matrix.This review covered fabrication techniques currently used to create theredimensional porous scaffolds,such as supercritical CO2 extraction,fiber bonding,solvent casting/particulate leaching,freeze drying/phase separation,electrospinning,sintered microsphere method,rapid prototypeing manufacturing and composites.At last,the future trend for building there-dimensional porous scaffold was expected.
