摘要
在水分散体系中考察了次氯酸钠酸溶液对废旧轮胎胶粉表面活化改性的情况。通过红外光谱分析证实次氯酸钠酸溶液处理可在废旧轮胎胶粉表面引入氯基、羟基、羰基等极性基团,提高废旧轮胎胶粉的表面活性;采用透过高度法测定废旧轮胎胶粉的表面润湿性,建立了未改性胶粉表面润湿性标准曲线;重点研究了次氯酸钠用量、活化反应温度、活化反应时间对废旧轮胎胶粉活化改性效果的影响。
In water dispersion system,surface modification status of waste tire rubber by using sodium hypochlorite acid solution was researched.That sodium hypochlorite acid solution treatment method can be used to introduce polar groups onto the surface of waste tire rubber,such as chlorine,hydroxyl and carbonyl,was proved by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).These polar groups could improve the surface activity of waste tire rubber.The surface wettability of waste tire rubber was determined by permeating height method,and the standard curve on the surface wettability of untreated waste tire rubber was established.The influences of quantities of sodium hypochlorite,activation temperature and temperature holding time on activated modification were emphatically studied.
