卤胺化合物对棉织物的整理工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用三聚氯氰(TCT)与2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶醇(TMP)在0~5℃下反应,得到一种卤胺抗菌剂前驱体(TMPT),然后将其在室温条件下整理到棉织物上,使用碘量法测定氯化后棉织物上的氯含量,并通过氯含量研究不同因素对该整理的影响,得到最佳的工艺条件:Na2SO4浓度100g/L,NaOH浓度2g/L,TMPT用量40%(o.w.f.),反应温度20~40℃,反应时间180min,含氯量为0.12%。 A novel N-halamine precursor(TMPT)was synthesized with cyanuric chloride and 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinol under 0~5℃,and then was coated onto the cotton fabrics under room temperature.The chlorine content on the surface of cotton fabrics after chlorination was calculated by iodometric/thiosulfate titration method.The effect of different factors on this finishing process was investigated,and the optimum finishing condition was as follows:the concentration of Na2SO4 and NaOH were 100g/L and 2g/L,respectively;the concentration of TMPT was 40%(owf);the reactive temperature and time were 20~40℃ and 180 min,respectively.And the chlorine content under this condition was 0.12%.
