纳米TiO_2的表面改性及其分散性研究

摘要 利用硅烷偶联剂KH550对纳米TiO2进行了表面改性。红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重(TGA)和透射电镜(TEM)的测试结果表明KH550成功接枝到纳米TiO2表面。沉降实验和紫外可见光分析结果表明,接枝了KH550的纳米TiO2,同时具有亲水性和亲油性,在乙醇中具有更好的分散稳定性。 The surface modification of nano-TiO2 with silane coupling reagent KH550 was studied.The prepared samples were characterized by FT-IR,TG and TEM.The results indicated that KH550 was successfully grafted onto the surface of nano-TiO2.The results of sedmintation experiment and UV-Vis analysis showed that nano-TiO2 grafted with KH550 had both hydrophilicity and lipophilicity,and had better dispersion and stability in the ethanol solvent than that unmodified.
