摘要
为改善粉煤灰的表面活性,用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对粉煤灰表面进行改性,采用X射线衍射、红外光谱、透射电子扫描电镜等对改性前后的粉煤灰进行表征。研究结果表明:KH-560能够在粉煤灰表面产生很好的化学键合,包覆在粒子表面,阻止颗粒的团聚,从而使改性粉煤灰均匀分散在聚氨酯弹性体中,与基体形成物理和化学交联结构。
The silane couping agent KH-560 was used for surface modification of fly ash to increase the surface activity of fly ash.The modified and unmodifiled fly ash were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray Diffraction(XRD)and Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM).The results showed that couping agent KH-560 was bound on the surface of fly ash and the agglomeration of powder particles of fly ash was restricted after modification.The modified powder particles could be dispered uniformly in polyurethane elastomer and formed physical and chemical crosslinking structure with matrix.
