摘要
本文以Ni替代Co作硬质合金粘结剂,研究了球磨时间及Cr类、Ta类添加剂对WC-Ni合金性能的影响。在真空烧结条件下,球磨时间为54 h加入适量Ta类添加剂的WC-Ni合金样品,硬度达90.6 HRA,抗弯强度达到2 743 N/mm2,性能优于Cr添加剂合金和普通的YG6合金。
The influence of milling time and the additive of Cr and Ta on properties of WC-Ni series cemented carbides were studied by using Ni as a binder. After the milling time of 54h , the hardness of WC-Ni 6 # sintered by the vacuum sintering furnace with appropriate additive of Ta reach to 90.6 HRA and its bending strength achieve 2743 N / mm^2 , which is superior to Cr -additive alloys and the common YG6 alloy.
