摘要
以海绵钯为原料,萘为造孔剂,采用放电等离子烧结法(SPS)进行了多孔钯块体材料的制备。结果表明,利用升华性材料在较低温度便可完全脱离材料体的特性,可实现多孔钯材料的无污染制备,并可实现多孔钯材料孔隙率与孔径分布等指标的调控。采用该方法在550℃时可以制备出结构稳定性与力学性能好、表面洁净度与孔隙率(89.93%)高的多孔钯块体材料。该方法可为高洁净度多孔材料的制备提供一条可供借鉴的有效途径。
After the Sublimate material as pore-forming agent were mixed with the spongy palladium powder, the porous palladium materials were prepared by using the spark plasma sintering. The results show that the Sublimate material can possess good pore-forming effect. After this pore-forming agent is mixed with the spongy palladium powder and sintering at 550 ℃, the porous palladium materials can be prepared, their structural stability and mechanical properties are good, the pore size distribution and pore size can be adjusted effectively and the porosity is high ( 〉 89.93% ) . Through analysis of surface composition, it' s found that the cleanliness of the materials is high since the addition of the pore-forming agent do not cause any pollution of materials.
