摘要
柴油机油量控制套筒是柴油机运作中控制油量大小的关键部件,对柴油机的速度及功率进行精确的调节。其外表面形状特殊,内表面分布若干台阶且具有较高的配合精度要求。以传统的车、铣方法加工油量控制套筒效率过低,成本过高。本项目是以粉末冶金技术研究油量控制套筒的先进制造方法,以实现其对精度、密度、性能的要求,达到降低成本,提高生产率的目的。
The fuel control sleeve of diesel engineis a critical component enabling the precise adjustment of speed and power by controlling fuel quantity in normal operation of diesel engine. Its outside surface has special shape, while its internal surface consists of several steps and has high fitting precision requirements. Traditional processing methods characterized by turning processing and milling processing have high costs and low efficiency. This project is to find out an advanced manufacturing method of fuel control sleeve by means of powder metallurgy technology research. It can meet fuel control sleeve' s requirements for precision, density and performance, achieving the goal of reducing costs and improving the yield.
