摘要
针对高速公路可变限速控制问题,分析了现有高速公路动态交通流模型存在的不足,提出了适用于分车型限速的动态交通流改进模型,并建立了面向分车型限速的可变限速控制模型和求解算法.运用Vissim软件开展了仿真实验.结果表明,与固定限速方式相比,分车型可变限速控制方式下相邻路段最大车速差从15.9km/h降至8.4km/h,降幅为47.2%;车辆总体平均车速从73.2km/h升至83.1km/h,提高了13.5%;车辆总体行驶里程从112 754km增加到124 706km,增加了10.6%.同时,分车型可变限速控制可有效缓解高速公路瓶颈路段的交通拥堵状况.
For variable speed limits system on freeway, the shortcomings of existing dynamic traffic models were analyzed, and the improved models suitable for multi-class traffic flow were proposed. After that the control models and solving algorithm of variable speed limits were presented. Simulation experiments were carried out by Vissim, and results show that, comparing with fixed speed limit, variable speed limits change the maximum speed difference of adjacent sections from 15.9 km/h to 8. 4 km/h, decreased by 47.2% ; average speed of all vehicles changes from 73.2 km/h to 83.1km/h, increased by 13.5%; travel mileage of all vehicles changes from 112 754 km to 124 706 km, increased by 10.6%. Moreover, traffic congestion at bottleneck is obviously relieved by variable speed limits.
