摘要
城际铁路上旅客出行需求具有典型的时间不均衡特性,而城际旅客列车开行方案直接影响旅客运输需求和铁路运输企业的经济效益.文中对旅客出行时段和出行方式选择进行分析,并对出行方便度、拥挤度和时间-票价费用进行定义.在此基础上,建立了一个双层规划模型.该模型的上层规划是以铁路运输企业运营收益最大化为目标的整数规划模型,下层规划是基于Wardrop用户平衡规则的客流分配模型.最后,根据模型特点设计了基于遗传算法的启发式算法,并通过算例对模型和算法进行了验证,得到较满意的结果.
Passengers travel demands is uneven during different time periods in an intercity rail line. Therefore, the rail enterprise must to make an uneven operation schedule to meet passengers' demands. The paper analyses passengers travel time period, and presents the definitions of passenger travel convenient and time-fare cost. On this basis, a bi-level programming model is established. The upper level programming of the model is an integer programming model with the goal of maximizing the operating profit of railway transportation enterprises, and the lower level programming is a passenger flow assignment model based on Wardrop user equilibrium. Finally, the paper designs a heuristic algorithm based on genetic algorithm, and demonstrate the application of the method proposed through a numerical example.
