摘要 预涂型厌氧胶具有诸多优异的性能,但其耐湿热性能、固化速率等仍然欠佳。研究结果表明:通过对预涂型厌氧胶中单体、成膜乳液和促进剂的筛选,可制备出扭矩强度较高、耐湿热性能良好和固化速率适中的预涂型厌氧胶;该预涂型厌氧胶的初固时间为30 min、破坏扭矩为16.8 N·m和平均扭矩为36.0 N·m,并且其耐湿热性能较优(经湿热老化后,其破坏扭矩、平均扭矩分别为13.9、31.2 N·m)。 The precoating anaerobic adhesive had many excellent properties, but its wet-heat resistance and curing speed were still poor. The research results showed that the precoating anaerobic adhesive with higher torque strength, good wet-heat resistance and moderate curing speed was prepared by screening monomer, film-forming emulsion and aecelerant in precoating anaerobic adhesive. The beginning curing time was 30 rain, break torque and average torque were 16.8,36.0 N· m respectively for precoating anaerobic adhesive, and its wet-heat resistance was better because the break torque and average torque were 13.9,31.2 N·m respectively after wet-heat aging.
