摘要 冠心病是严重威胁人类健康的常见病,及早正确的诊断对患者的治疗及预后有着非常重要的意义。与其他检查相比,动态心电图作为筛查冠心病的方法,对于心肌缺血的判断有着无创、简单、经济等优势。近年来,许多学者致力于动态心电图与冠心病关系的研究,以便对冠心病的诊断、治疗及预后进行更准确的判断。现通过国内外文献的复习,对冠心病的动态心电图表现以及动态心电图的临床应用进行综述,并提出未来可能的研究方向。 Coronary artery disease( CAD) is highly common,and is projected to be the leading global cause of death and disability.It is very important to diagnose CAD early and correctly. Ambulatory electrocardiography,a screening method for CAD,is non-invasive,simple and an inexpensive way to identify the myocardial ischemia,as compared with other examinations. Recently,many researchers studied the relationship between ambulatory electrocardiography and CAD,to improve upon the diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis for CAD.This review attempts to summarize literature within China and abroad that are related to CAD's dynamic electrocardiogram and clinical applications. As well we aim to seek for a method concerning further research.
