德绒纤维性能研究及功能保暖针织产品的开发

Study on the Performanceof Dralon Fiber and Development of Functional Thermal Knitted Fabric

利用德绒超细纤维柔软、蓬松和质轻的特点,结合针织保暖功能面料轻、暖、柔的设计思路,选用德绒纤维与棉、莫代尔、羊毛等多种天然纤维的混纺纱,开发出德绒提花双面系列、毛绒弹力保暖等功能性保暖针织面料。分析面料织造染整工艺创新技术,面料设计体现绿色环保、低能耗理念,并探讨德绒针织保暖家居服和商务内衣的设计方法。经检测,所开发德绒保暖面料吸湿发热功能显著,保暖性优良,为提升秋冬针织居家产品档次开辟新的途径。

Based on the characteristics of soft hand, fluffy appearance and relatively light density of dralon fine fiber, and the design idea of light, warm and soft of functional thermal knitted fabric, the paper develops series of double jacquard fabrics and elastic plush fabric by using dralon/eottorr/modal/wool blended yarns with different blended ratios. It introduces in detail the key points of knitting technology and dyeing and finishing technology as well. In addition, the design methods of dralon based thermal homewear and business underwear are discussed. The results show that the dralon knitted fabrics made in this paper have pleasant moisture absorption and heat-generating and heat retention properties, which are of great significance for improving the grade of home clothing product in autumn and winter.
