摘要 目的调查泌尿系统感染患者抗菌药物的使用状况,并对其细菌耐药性进行监测。方法选取2012年11月—2014年11月在该院门诊就诊的378例泌尿系统感染患者,回顾性分析其临床资料,探究抗菌药物的使用情况,并监测细菌的耐药性。结果泌尿系统感染常见的病原体为大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、粪肠球菌等;本组中患者常用的抗菌药物为头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶、阿米卡星、头孢唑肟、头孢曲松等。通过药敏试验,发现大肠埃希菌及肺炎克雷伯菌对头孢呋辛钠比较敏感,粪肠球菌对阿米卡星比较敏感。结论掌握抗菌药物在泌尿系统感染患者中的使用情况,并对其细菌耐药性进行监测,能促进抗菌药物的合理使用,减少细菌耐药现象的产生。 Objective To investigate the status of patients with urinary tract infections use of antimicrobial agents,and monitoring its bacterial resistance.Methods 378 cases of urinary tract infection of November 2012-November 2014 in our hospital were selected,a retrospective analysis of the clinical data,to explore the use of antimicrobial agents,and monitor bacterial resistance.Results Urinary tract infections common pathogens were Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Proteus,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Enterococcus faecahs,etc;in this group of patients commonly used antimicrobial agents for cefuroxime,ceftazidime,A Mika star,masonry cefazolin,ceftriaxone.By susceptibility testing found E.coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to cefuroxime more sensitive,enterococci sensitive to A Mika star.Conclusion The master of antibiotics in patients with urinary tract infection in usage,and monitoring its bacterial resistance,can promote the rational use of antibiotics to reduce bacterial resistance phenomenon.
