5S管理在医院现代化管理中的应用

5S management in the application of the hospital modernization management

目的分析探讨5S管理在医院现代化管理中的应用效果,对其管理应用价值进行总结。方法选择2014年4月—2015年3月该院收治的200例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分成实验组和对照组,每组各100例,对照组患者在医院现代化管理中采用常规的管理方法进行管理,实验组患者在医院现代化管理中采用5S管理法进行管理。1个月后,对两组患者的管理满意度进行问卷调查,对比分析两组患者的管理满意度。结果实验组患者的管理满意度为90.00%,对照组患者的管理满意度为76.00%,实验组患者明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5S管理在医院现代化管理中具有积极的应用效果和价值,能有效减少医疗事故的发生,优化医院的整体环境,提高医护人员的整体素质,获得较高的满意度,树立良好的医院形象和口碑,故该管理模式值得在医院管理中大力推广和实践。

Objective analysis to study the effect of the application of 5 s management in the hospital modernization management,to summarize its management and application value.Methods To choose between April 2014 and Mar 2015,our hospital 200 cases of patients as the research object,randomly divided into experimental group and control group,100 cases in each group,control group patients in the hospital modernization management manage the conventional management methods,the experimental group patients in the hospital modernization management of 5S management method is adopted to improve the management.A month later,the management of the two groups of patients satisfaction questionnaire investigation,comparative analysis the management of the two groups of patients satisfaction.Results The experimental group management degree of satisfaction of the patients was90.00%,control group management degree of satisfaction of the patients was 76.00%,the experimental group was better than control group in patients（P〈0.05）,the difference is statistically significant Conclusion The 5S management in hospital modernization management has positive application effect and value,can effectively reduce the occurrence of medical accidents,optimize the overall environment of the hospital,improve the whole quahty of the medical staff,higher satisfaction,sets up the good hospital image and word of mouth,so the management mode is worth promoting in the hospital management and practice.
