摘要
目的探究全程护理管理在出院精神分裂症患者中的应用。方法选该院出院250例精神分裂症患者按照护理管理模式随机均分至A、B两组。A组采取全程护理管理模式(CM),B组采取常规护理管理。跟踪1年。观察两组相关指标。结果A组精神分裂症患者依从性高、精神状态良好,停药人数多、再住院患者少且满意度高,效果远远优于常规护理的B组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程护理管理模式能够有效提高出院精神分裂症患者的依从性,减少患者用药甚至停用药物,改善患者精神状态,满意度高。
Objective To explore the full discharge of care management in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 250 cases of hospital discharge in patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided according to the model of care to the A,B groups.A group to take full care management（CM）,group B take routine care management.Tracking a year.Related indicators were observed.Results The A group of schizophrenic patient compliance is high,a good mental state,stopping number of years,and then less and inpatient satisfaction is high,the effect is far superior to the conventional care group B.Significant difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The whole nursing management model can effectively improve the compliance of patients with schizophrenia discharged,reducing or even stopping the drug in patients with medication,improving patient mental state,satisfaction is high.
