全面质量管理在护理管理中的应用探析

The Application of Total Quality Management in Nursing Management

目的研究探讨全面质量管理在护理管理中的应用价值。方法针对全院护理人员实行全面质量管理措施。定期考察护理人员的各项护理指标、针对低年资护理人员开展理论和实践培训等工作。结果对全院护理人员实施全面质量管理后,护理人员对自我护理水平评分显著提高,医师对护理满意评分提高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者对护理人员的护理技术与服务评分,环境与指导评分都显著提高,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对全院护理人员开展质量管理模式,对深化护理人员的护理职责、提高整体护理效果,促进护理人员的专业水平的提升具有重要的意义。全面质量管理值得在医院护理管理工作中推广应用。

Objective To study to investigate the value of total quality management in nursing management.Methods According to the overall nursing staff implement total quality management measures and regular care indicators of nursing staff,in view of the low qualification nurses to carry out the theoretical and practical training,etc.Results Of contract nurses after the implementation of total quality management and nursing staff for self-care level score increased significantly,physicians to improve nursing satisfaction,the data in line with the statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Nursing care of patients with ratings,technique and service environment and guiding scores were significantly improved,the data in line with the statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions In view of the whole nursing quality management mode,to deepen the nursing of the nursing duties,deepen the overall care,promote nurses＇ professional level of intelligent drug widely significance.Total quality management is worth popularization and appHcation in hospital nursing management.
