目的对神经内科护理的风险因素以及防范措施进行探讨和分析。方法选取自2013年10月—2014年12月间来该院神经内科就诊的480例患者为研究对象。并将其随机分成两组,即实验组和对照组各240例,其中对照组采用常规的护理方式,而实验组在常规护理方式的基础上,采用风险管理的护理方法。结果在对两组患者进行护理期间,对其护理的缺陷以及患者对护理的满意程度进行比较,结果显示实验组的护理缺陷为1例(0.42%),满意程度为96.67%;对照组为24例(10.00%),满意程度为83.33%。两组结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将风险管理的护理方法应用于神经内科的临床护理中,对提升患者的治疗效果具有重要的意义。因此值得进行大范围推广和应用。

Objective Discussion and analysis of risk factors of neural Department of internal medicine nursing and prevention measures.Methods 480 cases from 2013 October to 2014 December wereneurological department of internal medicine in our hospital patients as the research object.And were randomly divided into two groups,namely the experimental group and the controlgroup with 240 cases in each group,the control group used routine nursing mode,while the experimental group on the basis of routine nursing mode,the nursing risk management method.Results During nursing the patients in the two group,compares the nursing defects and patient satisfaction with care,the results showed the nursing defects of experimental group was 1 cases（0.42%）,satisfaction degree is 96.67%;the control group was 24 cases（10%）,satisfaction degree of 83.33%.There is obvious difference between the two groups of results,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The clinical nursing risk management of nursing method is applied to neural Department of internal medicine,has important significance to improve the treatment of patients with.So it is worthy of popularization and application in large range.
