产科院内感染的原因及对策分析

目的分析产科院内感染的原因及对策。方法选取2010年1月—2015年1月该院发生院内感染的160例产妇作为对照组,对其感染原因进行分析,根据实际情况采取针对性预防对策后,选取同期收治的160例产妇作为实验组,对比两组产妇满意率、感染率及母婴结局情况。结果实验组产妇满意率、感染率以及母婴结局情况与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。皮肤及泌尿系统感染、呼吸道感染、腹部侧口及侧切感染、乳腺感染、不合理应用抗生素是产妇发生院内感染的主要原因。结论分析产科院内感染的原因,采取针对性预防对策,可显著提高产妇满意率,降低感染率,保障母婴安全。

Objective To assess obstetric causes of nosocomial infections and countermeasures.Methods 160 cases of nosocomial infection in women in our hospital from 2010 January to 2015 January as a control group,its causes infection after take appropriate preventive measures was analyzed based on the actual situation,160 cases of maternal as the experimental group,the maternal satisfaction,infection and maternal and child outcomes circumstances were compared in two groups.Results The experimental group,the rate of maternal satisfaction,infection rates of maternal and perinatal conditions and compared with the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Skin and urinary tract infections,respiratory tract infections,abdominal and lateral side of the mouth infections,breast infections,irrational use of antibiotics is the main cause of maternal nosocomial infections.Conclusion Obstetric nosocomial infections cause analysis,to take specific preventive measures,can significantly improve maternal satisfaction,reduce infection rates,guaranteed safe motherhood.
