探讨危机管理在急诊护理管理中的应用

Discussion on the Application of Crisis Management in Nursing Management in Emergency

目的探讨危机管理在急诊护理管理中的应用。方法用于临床研究的100例急诊患者是由该院自2012年3月—2014年3月期间内收治的,将其随机分成观察组与对照组两个临床研究小组,每组患者人数50例;对观察组的患者在常规急诊护理管理的基础上实施危机管理,对对照组采用常规急诊护理管理,对比两组患者的临床护理效果及护理满意度。结果两组患者的护理效果优良率分别为观察组94%、对照组72%,其中对照组患者的临床护理效果显著不如观察组,对比两组的的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);另外,在护理满意度方面观察组为96%,对照组为80%,观察组患者比对照组患者的护理满意度要高,对比两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊护理管理中采用危机管理能够大大提高临床护理效果及护理满意度,该管理模式值得在临床进一步推广和应用。

Objective To investigate the application of crisis management in nursing management in emergency.Methods 100 cases of emergency patients for clinical research is made in our hospital from 2012 March to 2014 March period were,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group of two clinical research group,50 cases in each group the number of patients in the observation group patients;the implementation of crisis management on the basis of routine emergency nursing management,only the implementation of nursing management in emergency patients with conventional control group,clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups of patients.Results The nursing effect observation group were excellent and good rate was 94%,the control effect of nursing patients with excellent and good rate was 72%,the observation group is obviously better than that of clinical nursing effect of patients with patients in the control group,with statistical significance in patients of the two groups data differences（P〈0.05）;nursing satisfaction of observation group patients was 96%,control nursing satisfaction were 80%,observation and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the patients in the control group,with statistical significance in patients of the two groups data difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In emergency nursing management by crisis management can greatly improve the effect of clinical nursing care and nursing satisfaction,worthy of our emergency department nurses in clinical promotion and application.
