摘要
目的分析北京市某企业医院职工的吸烟状况及其影响因素,为进一步开展控烟工作提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样法,对医院870名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果该企业医院医务人员吸烟率为9.66%,其中男性为29.77%,女性为0.99%;分析结果显示,年龄、学历和职称是医务人员是否吸烟的影响因素。结论应针对男性、低学历和高职称的医务人员加强烟草危害、控烟策略以及戒烟技巧的宣传教育及培训,降低其吸烟率。
Objective To analyze the employee＇s smoking status and its influencing factors within one enterprise hospital in Beijing,in order to provide further scientific evidence for helping them quit smoking.Methods Using cluster sampling method,the questionnaire survey was conducted among 870 medical workers in hospital.Results The general smoking rate among the enterprise medical staffs was 9.66%,29.77%of men and women is 0.99%;The analysis results show that age,record of formal schooling and title is the influence factors of medical staff smoking.Conclusion High and low degree and title should be aimed at men＇s medical staff to strengthen the dangers of tobacco,tobacco control strategy,and quit smoking skills of propaganda and education and training,reduce the rates of smoking.
