摘要
双体船在横浪与斜浪中会遭受比较严重的横向弯矩和扭转力矩载荷作用,此时双体船的强度对其安全性至关重要。采用波浪直接计算方法对船舶在航行海区进行波浪载荷长期预报,得到各工况计算设计波。采用直接计算方法对双体船进行了总纵强度、横向强度和扭转强度的整船有限元分析,通过计算结果分析船舶在各工况下的应力分布,结果表明,船舶的结构强度满足要求,但高应力区域出现在抗扭箱与片体连接处,针对该危险区域提出修改方案,为其他类似船舶设计提出参考意见。
Catamaran is subjected to large transverse bending moment and torsion moment under transverse and oblique waves. Its strength is critical to its safety. The direct calculation method of wave is used for long term forecasting of wave loading of this catamaran, then getting the design waves of this catamaran under various operation conditions. Based on the finite element analysis, the direct computation is performed on a full FEM model of the catamaran to obtain its longitudinal, transverse and torsion strength. Through analyzing the computing results, the stress distributions are obtained and strength of catamaran satisfied the requirements of design and standard, connected region between torsion box and sheetbody has high stress. The modifications are put forward for the hazardous area, and it is the references for the optimal design of other catamarans.
