摘要
随着云计算技术在制造业中的应用深入化,网络上出现了各种各样的制造云服务.制造云服务的基础是制造资源,而业务过程则是制造资源的业务上下文环境.为了提高云服务的利用率,提出一种基于优势业务过程构建强竞争力制造资源的方法.首先基于企业业务过程,构建业务过程评价准则及其活动绩效权重值向量计算方法,然后基于业务过程绩效权值向量构建优势片段提取算法,并对优势片段上的各活动分析提取其核心资源作为业务过程资源个体化的内容,进而提出强竞争力制造资源的信息化模型,包括制造资源基本信息、功能、业务过程、服务质量,并在其基础上构建云制造服务模型.基于所构建的制造云服务模型,设计了服务发现对比仿真实验,实验结果证明了强竞争力制造资源云服务具有更强的竞争力和利用率.
With the application of cloud computing technology in the manufacturing industry, there appears all sorts of the manufactur- ing cloud service on the network. Basic of manufacturing cloud service is manufacturing resource, and the business process is the busi- ness context of the manufacturing resource. In order to improve the utilization rate of cloud services, a method to construct competitive manufacturing resources based on advantage business process is proposed. Based on enterprise business process ,business process eval- uation criterion and calculation method its activity performance weight value vector are construct, and then based on the business process performance weight vector a method of extraction algorithm for superior segment is construct, analysising and Extracting the core resources as individual content of the business process resources for each active of advantage fragment. The information model for the manufacturing resources with strong competitiveness is put forward i including basic information jbasic function lbusiness process and quality of service of manufacturing resource, and based on which cloud manufacturing service model is construct. The service dis- covery experiment is designed based on the manufacturing cloud service model, and the experimental results prove that the cloud serv- ice of strong competitive manufacturing resources has with more competitive and utilization.
