摘要
分别采用传统前处理工艺(抛丸+酸洗+磷化)和转化型水性带锈涂料(锈转化涂料)对某公司叉车零部件基材进行前处理,并喷涂了相同的涂层(环氧底漆+聚氨酯中涂漆+聚氨酯面漆+丙烯酸聚氨酯清漆),考察了所得试板的耐蚀性、附着力、耐冲击性和柔韧性。结果表明,以改性苯丙乳液作为主要成膜物质,磷酸–丹宁酸为转锈剂的锈转化涂料处理的试板的耐蚀性与机械性能均好于传统前处理所制试板,且使用更方便,省时省工,节能环保,经济效益更好,可替代一般叉车产品涂装工艺中的除锈前处理。
The spare parts of forklift from a company were treated by traditional pretreatment process (shot blasting + pickling + phosphating) and conversion-type water-based rust-tolerant paint (called as waterborne rust conversion coating) respectively, and then sprayed with same coatings, including epoxy primer, polyurethane midcoat, polyurethane topcoat, and acrylic polyurethane overcoat varnish. Their corrosion resistance, adhesion strength, impact strength, and flexibility were examined. The results showed that the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of the sample treated by rust conversion coating, which is prepared with modified styrene-acrylic emulsion as binder and orthophosphoric-tannic acid as rust converter, are better than that using the traditional pretreatment. The rust conversion coating can substitute the traditional de-rusting pretreatment for common forklift parts, featuring easier use, less cost of labor/time/energy, more environmentally friendly, and ~,reater economic benefit.
