摘要
为了论证科技创业教育对工科大学生创业绩效影响,以湖南工程学院103名学生为样本,对其科技创业教育实施前后创业绩效水平进行了实证研究,结果分析表明,科技创业教育对工科大学生创业特质、团队能力及目标实现能力均具有正向影响。
In order to demonstrate the effect of entrepreneurial performance on engineering college students, this paper takes Hunan Institute of Engineering as an example. Results from 103 students reveals that there is a positive influence on their entrepreneurial performance level after science and technology entrepreneurship education in such aspects as characteristics,team spirit and objective achievement ability.
