摘要
加州州立大学与所在地区形成了共生性的依赖关系。该大学的主要经费来源于加州政府的拨款、校友的捐赠与当地企业的赞助,加州的经济发展水平决定着该大学的生存与发展;加州州立大学致力于本州经济、政治与文化的发展,为本州提供大量优质人才和发展动力。该大学与所在地区之间的相互作用遵循着同构、认知和积淀逻辑,是行动者、环境与制度之间建构的结果。这就使得该大学的人才培养、科学研究与社会服务等三大职能得以很好地实现。
A symbiotic dependent relationship has been formed between the California State University and the region. The funds of the California State University are mainly from the state government, alumni donations and local enterprises. Thus the local economic level determines the survival and development of the State University; the California State University is committed to the economical, political and cultural development of the state, pro- viding excellent graduates and driving forces for the state. The interaction between the California State University and the region abides by the isomorphic, cognitive and accumulative logic and is the constructional outcomes a- mong actors, environment and institution. It makes the three duties( personnel training, scientific research and ser- vice for the society of the university) actualize well.
