摘要
2014年4月,英格兰颁布新的《教师和教育培训者的专业标准》(简称"2014年标准"),新标准是基于2007年《终身学习部门教师、辅导人员和培训者的专业标准》的修订和完善。新标准提出,教师和培训者作为反思探究实践者,要在当代不断变化的教学世界中批判性思考教育的假设、教育价值和教育实践,要达到学科职业专家和教学专家的"双专家型"(dual professionals)目标要求。新旧标准比较发现,新标准理念新颖、目标明确、结构简洁、更具操作性。
In April 2014, England issued "Professional Standards for Teachers and Trainers in Education and Training". The new standard is revised and improved based on the 2007 "New professional standards for teachers, tutors and trainers in the lifelong learning sector", which proposed that "Teachers and trainers are reflective and enquiring practitioners who think critically about their own educational assumptions, values and practice in the context of a changing contemporary and educational world." By comparison of the old and new,we found that the new one is innovative in ideas, targeted , simple structured and more operational For Chinese vocational teachers professional standards, the England new revised standards has important reference Value.
