摘要
目的探讨肺痨康对耐异烟肼结核小鼠主要脏器系数的影响。方法采用尾静脉注射耐异烟肼结核分枝杆菌造模,随机分组连续灌胃给药治疗56d后处死,取各脏器称重、计算脏器系数,并观察各组小鼠主要脏器的病理形态学变化。结果各给药组均能不同程度地降低肺脏系数和肝脏系数,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);肺痨康组和联合组能明显升高脾脏系数和胸腺系数,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论肺痨康能增强耐异烟肼结核小鼠的免疫力,对耐异烟肼结核菌具有抑制作用。
Objective To explore effect of Fei - lao - kang on organ coefficient of rat with isoniazid resistant tuberculosis. Meth- ods The models were prepared by injecting tuberculosis into the tail vein of rats ,which therapy 56 days continuously though intra- gastric administration. Then weigh the organ, calculate the organ coefficient and observe the pathological changes of main organs of the mice. Results Each group of mice could decrease the lung coefficient and the liver coefficient ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Fei - lao - kang group and Combined group could significantly increase the spleen coefficient and the coefficient of thymus. Conclusion Fei -lao - kang could increase the immunity and inhibit the mycobacterium tuberculosis of mice that isoniazid resistant tuberculosis.
