几种中药注射剂与西药注射剂的豚鼠致敏性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用豚鼠模型比较不同中、西药注射剂的致敏性。方法对清开灵、双黄连、丹参注射剂和盐酸左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射剂、甘草酸二铵注射剂进行豚鼠致敏性试验,以豚鼠血浆中5-羟色胺变化水平为依据,分析比较各注射剂的致敏性。结果注射清开灵注射剂致敏的豚鼠在攻击后30 min,血浆中5-羟色胺升高率平均为85.47%;注射双黄连注射剂致敏的豚鼠在攻击后30 min血浆中5-羟色胺升高率平均为48.34%;注射丹参注射剂致敏的豚鼠在攻击后30 min血浆中5-羟色胺升高率平均为9.37%;注射左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射剂致敏的豚鼠在攻击后30 min血浆中5-羟色胺升高率平均为69.71%;注射甘草酸二铵注射剂致敏的豚鼠在攻击后30 min血浆中5-羟色胺升高率平均为12.51%。结论中、西药注射剂均会产生不同程度不良反应,因此,目前所提出的中药注射剂的安全性差或过敏反应发生率高于西药注射剂的说法是不严谨的。 Objective To compare the sensitization between traditional Chinese medicine injection and western medicine injec- tion. Methods Use the changes in the content of serotonin to evaluate the allergenicity of Qingkailing injection, Shuanghuanglian injection, Dansheng injection and Levofloxacin Hydrochlorlde and injection, Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate injection on guinea pigs. Results The increasing rate of serotonin in Qingkailing, Shuanghuanglian, Levofloxacin Hydrochloride and injection groups were significantly increased by 85.47% ,48.34% ,69.71%, respectively. However, the increasing rate of Dansheng and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate injection groups were 9.37% , 12.51% , respectively. Conclusion Both of traditional Chinese medicine injection and western medicine injection could produce allergic reactions. It is not precise that allergic reaction rate of traditional Chinese medicine injection is higher than the western medicine injection.
