水平带法兰三通阀体多向模锻工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对水平带法兰阀体的几何形状特点,设计了3种多向模锻成形工艺方案。使用Forge软件对3种多向模锻成形方案下的锻件内部温度场、应变场、力能参数、模具温度场、锻件的成形质量进行了研究比较。结果表明,不同的多向模锻成形方案,对成形力的大小、锻件的成形质量和模具的温度场有较大的影响;对锻件内部温度场和应变场也有一定的影响。同时,对优选后的多向模锻成形工艺方案进行了实验,锻件成形结果良好。 According to the geometry characteristics of valve body with horizontal flange, three kinds of multi-way die forging forming processes are designed. The software Forge is used to analyze various parameters of these multi-way processes, including the internal temperature field of forgings, strain field and force parameters, mould temperature field, and forming quality. The results show that different multi-way die forging forming processes have great influence on force parameters, forming quality and the mould temperature field. They also have certain influence on internal temperature field and strain field. Experiments are carried out after optimization. The forming results are good.
