Application and research of regional culture in modern dining place design:A case study of Jinan City Leisure Theme Restaurant design

地域文化元素在现代餐饮空间环境设计中的应用,是地域文化特色在现代空间设计中的延续与弘扬,对本土化室内设计走向国际具有重要意义。文章以"传统地域文化的延续与弘扬"为原则,以济南地域文化的特色作为餐厅的主题出发,寻找传统地域文化元素与现代餐饮空间设计的契合点。通过实际工程案例设计,从空间布局划分、空间氛围营造、空间色彩搭配和家具与陈设设计等方面分析地域文化元素在现代餐饮空间设计中的应用,营造出一个具有传统地域文化特色的现代主题餐饮空间,充分体现了现代餐饮空间与传统地域文化元素的融合。

The unique traditional culture is a product of the development of economy and culture in human society and a geographical microcosm of an era,the concentrated reflection of certain areas in politics,economy and culture. Regional culture in design should not only put together cultural symbols in the superficial form and should not be limited to the explicit modeling level,but interpret local culture from a higher spiritual level and pay attention to the coordination between atmosphere creation and the elements. We should highly refine geographical and cultural elements by combining with modern design,reproduce regional culture by using modern techniques,sublimate regional culture style based on innovative thinking to make our traditional regional culture stand forever in the forest of national culture.
