大数据时代高校档案管理系统建设研究——以山东建筑大学为例

Research on university archives management system construction in big data era:A case study on Shandong Jianzhu University

大数据时代的技术革新,不仅促进了高校档案建设的发展,而且极大地推动高校档案信息化建设。而高校档案信息化建设是高校档案管理适应时代的发展、创新高校服务工作的重要举措,也是大数据时代档案工作者面临的一项重要的任务。文章以山东建筑大学档案管理系统为例,在分析档案管理目前现状及存在的问题基础上,总结大数据时代高校档案管理系统建设的重要性,针对山东建筑大学的高校档案管理系统进行功能模块设计,并提出系统建设的途径。

The technological innovation of the era of large data,not only promotes the development of the archives in colleges and universities,but also greatly promotes the construction of university archives information. The archives informatization construction archives in colleges and universities is the important measure to adapt to the development of the times and innovate,the service work,,as well as an important task of file workers in the era of big data. Based on Shandong Jianzhu University archives management system,the paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the archives management,summerizes the importance of the construction of university archives management system in the big data age,makes the function module design based on the university archives management system of Shandong Jianzhu University, and puts forward the methods of university archives management system construction.
