摘要
Epsilon波最早于1977年报道，在致心律失常性右室心脏病进展期或晚期患者的体表心电图上发现，该波位于QRS波群终末，波幅较低，持续数十毫秒，目前认为epsilon波是右室心肌细胞部分延迟除极而形成，也称为右室晚电位。参与右室延迟除极的心肌数量越多，该波越宽大；除极时间越延迟，可使波群时间越宽，有时形成类似2个QRS波群。
