局限性肥厚型心肌病1例

1病历资料
患者女，47岁。因“活动后胸痛7年，加重2周”入院。患者7年前于活动后出现胸骨后疼痛，性质难以描述，伴呼吸困难，无晕厥，无恶心、呕吐，无咳嗽、咳痰等其它不适，含服救心丸后数分钟可缓解，上述症状每年发作1～2次，未予以重视。近2周患者活动后胸痛发作频繁，为明确诊断来我院就诊。
