ER、PR、Ki67、HER-2、P53在中青年女性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

Clinical Significance of Expression of ER,PR,Ki67,HER-2,P53 in Breast Cancer in Young and Middle-aged Women

目的探讨ER、PR、Ki67、HER-2、P53在中青年女性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选择2011年1月—2015年2月于该院行手术治疗的140例原发性中青年乳腺癌患者标本,采用免疫组化法检测其ER、PR、Ki67、HER-2、P53蛋白的表达,探讨以上检测指标的临床意义。结果 ER、PR、Ki67、HER-2、P53在中青年女性乳腺癌中的阳性表达率分别为77.85%、84.29%、73.57%、70.00%、62.14%,PR阳性表达与乳腺癌组织学分级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与肿瘤大小、患者年龄等因素无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HER-2阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、组织学分级无明显相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ER、Ki67、P53与患者年龄、腋窝淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小及组织学分级无明显相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 ER、PR、Ki67、HER-2、P53蛋白在中青年女性乳腺癌组织中呈高表达,其中PR蛋白与乳腺癌组织学分级及腋窝淋巴结转移具有密切关系,对上述蛋白的联合检测可为中青年女性乳腺癌的诊断、治疗及判断预后提供一定的依据。

Objective To study the clinical significance of expression of ER,PR and Ki67,HER-2,P53 in breast cancer in young and middle-aged women.Methods The samples of young and middle-aged women who received operation in our hospital between January 2011 and Febrary 2014 were selected and detected by immunohistochemistry to ascertain the expression of ER,PR,Ki67,HER-2 and P53.The clinical significance of those indicators was discussed.Results ER,PR,Ki67,HER-2,P53 positive expression in breast cancer rates were 77.85%,84.29%,73.57%,70.00%,73.57%,PR positive expression was closely related to breast cancer tissue classification（P〈0.05）,had nothing to do with the patients with tumor size,age and other factors（P〉0.05）;HER-2 and axillary lymph node metastasis correlate（P〈0.05）,had nothing to do with the patients with tumor size,age and other factors（P〉0.05）;ER,Ki67,P53 and patient age,axillary lymph node metastasis,tumor size and histological grading no significant correlation（P〉0.05）.Conclusion ER,PR,Ki67,HER-2,P53 protein expression in breast cancer tissues is higher,the PR protein is a close relationship with the histological grade and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer,the above joint detection of protein can provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer,worth clinical promotion.
