探究口腔正畸对牙槽突植骨术唇腭裂患者疗效影响

Effect of Orthodontic Treatment on Alveolar Bone Grafting for Patients with Cleft Lip and Palate

目的观察并探讨在唇腭裂牙槽突植骨术后的正畸治疗对治疗效果的影响。方法随机选择2008年1月一2010年12月于该院接受牙槽突植骨术治疗的唇腭裂患者82例。实验组患者41例在接受牙槽突植骨术前均有显效时间以上的固定矫治器治疗史;接受手术后,对患者病情进行3~5年的随访观察,对患者实施适当矫正措施。41例对照组患者仅施以常规治疗。记录并比较两组患者术前、术后生活质量状况并对治疗效果进行评价。结果结果显示：对比两组生活质量的评分,治疗后,实验组精神状况、心理状况、活动能力、社会活动评分（分）分别为（78.2±3.1）、（82.2±4.2）、（78.8±4.8）、（82.1±3.9）,明显优于对照组相应数据（70.7±2.6）、（73.8±1.8）、（68.1±2.5）、（72.6±2.6）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组疗效对比,实验组治疗后SNA角、SNB角、ANB角数据（单位：度）分别为（82.6±1.3）、（76.2±1.6）、（2.7±1.8）,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口腔正畸在唇腭裂患者的手术治疗中能够有效提高治疗效果,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe and investigate the effects of orthodontic treatment on alveolar bone grafting for patients with cleft lip and palate.Methods January 2008- December 2010 82 cases in our hospital alveolar bone grafting in the treatment of cleft lip and palate patients.41 patients in the experimental group before accepting the alveolar bone grafting were effective in the history of fixed appliance therapy over time;after surgery,the patient＇s condition for 3 to 5 years of follow-up observation of the patient to implement appropriate corrective measures.Only 41 cases in the control group of patients subjected to conventional treatment.Recorded and compared two groups of patients before surgery,the quality of the living conditions and treatment evaluation.Results The results showed that：the quality of life scores compared two groups after treatment,the experimental group mental condition,mental condition,activity,social activity score（points） were（78.2 ±3.1）,（82.2 ±4.2）,（78.8 ±4.8）,（82.1 ±3.9）significantly better than the control group,the corresponding data（70.7±2.6）,（73.8±1.8）,（68.1±2.5）,（72.6±2.6）,significantly different statistically significant,（P〈0.05）;comparison of two groups,the experimental group after treatment angle SNA,SNB angle,ANB angle data（unit：degree） was（82.6±1.3）,（76.2±1.6）,（2.7±1.8）,significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant,with statistical significance,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Orthodontic treatment of cleft lip and palate surgery patients can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
