玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎远期疗效评价

Forward Curative Effect of Sodium Hyaluronate in Treating Knee Joint Osteoarthritis

目的评价玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的远期疗效。方法随机选取该院2009年1-12月间收治的80例(80膝)膝关节骨性关节炎患者,征得患者同意分为观察组40例给予玻璃酸钠治疗,1次/周,1个疗程为5周。同时选取基线资料相同的对照组40例患者给予常规治疗。观察比较两组的远期疗效。结果观察组的总有效率97.5%(39/40)明显优于对照组72.5%(29/4C),两组比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论玻璃酸钠治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的远期疗效显著,可以提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者的痛苦,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the forward curative effect of sodium hyaluronate in treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods With their consent,80 patients with knee joint osteoarthritis treated in our hospital between January 2009 and December 2009 were divided into observation group and control group.40 cases in the observation group received sodium hyaluronate,once per week,as a course of 5 weeks.At the same time,40 patients with the same baseline data in the control groups were given routine therapy.The long-term curative effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results The total effective rate 97.5%（39/40） of observation group was obviously better than that of the control group 72.5%（29/40）,comparing the two groups,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion With distinct long-term curative effect,sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis can improve the quality of life and reduce the pain of the patients,so it is worth promoting.
