园长的专业训练办法——来自台湾地区的经验与启示

Study on Kindergarten Principals’ Professional Training:Experience and Enlightenment from Taiwan

园长对园所建设与发展担负有关键责任。开展园长专业训练，对推进园长专业化进程、提高园长管理水平，进而促进幼儿教育改革与发展具有十分重要的意义。台湾地区教育主管部门于2011年修订了《幼稚教育法》，于2012年颁行了《幼儿教育及照顾法》，在两法中对园长的任职资格作出了明确规定，并据此又于2012年制订了《幼儿园园长专业训练办法》。台湾地区的经验对大陆地区的园长专业训练具有一定的借鉴意义。

The kindergarten principal is at the critical core position of completing the tasks of kindergarten construction and development. The professional training of kindergarten principals has great significance to promote their specialization, im- prove their management level and effectively promote the reform and development of early childhood education. early child hood education act （2011）early childhood education and care act （2012）promulgated in Taiwan clearly specified kin-dergarten principals＇ qualifications, and kindergarten principals＇ professional training method （2012）was worked out accord-ing to these acts. The exploration and experience on kindergarten principals＇ qualifications and professional training in Tai- wan brought rich inspiration and reference to Chinese Mainland.
