脊柱原发性动脉瘤样骨囊肿的治疗进展与预后分析

脊柱动脉瘤样骨囊肿(ABC)属良性病变,但具有局部侵袭性。手术切除为传统的治疗方法,但创伤大、风险高,且切除不彻底可局部复发。近年来,有不少学者报道采用手术切除、血管栓塞和放疗单独或联合应用治疗脊柱ABC,取得了良好的治疗效果。而经皮腔内注射、冷冻治疗及药物治疗创伤小,近期疗效满意,但远期疗效仍需进一步观察。本文对近年来国内外脊柱ABC治疗及预后方面的文章进行综述,探讨相关治疗方法的适应证及利弊,为临床决策提供参考。

Spinal aneurysmal bone cyst （ABC） is a benign lesion, but it is locally aggressive. Surgical resection is the tra- ditional treatment, but has disadvantages of high risk and large invasion, and incomplete resection can lead to local recurrence. In recent years, many scholars have reported good therapeutic effect by applying surgical resection, selective arterial embolization or radiation therapy alone or in combination. Percutaneous transluminal injection, cryotherapy and medication therapy have ad- vantages of minimal invasion, and have demonstrated promising short - term effect, but the long - term curative effect still needs further observation. In this review, we try to summarize the articles at home and abroad in recent years about treatment and prog- nosis of spinal ABC, discuss the indications, advantages and disadvantages of relevant treatments, and finally provide reference for clinical decision making.
