摘要
为满足不同海流模拟功能,进行某海洋工程深水试验水池系统工程设计,从而达到沿水池50m长度方向及10m水深范围内形成整体水流的技术要求。从造流性能指标角度及工程实施角度,针对造流分层数量和梯度向区间大小、输水廊道形式和尺寸、流场均匀性和紊流控制等整流措施进行水力学课题的探索,同时对水泵形式的选型,水泵流量、扬程的确定,水泵、电动机、变速箱和管道布置等具体工程内容进行研究。
To meet the different ocean current simulation requirements,it was needed to design a leaking experiment basin for offshore engineering study.It was required that integrated water flow should be generated along the 50 meters long side and 10 meters deep side of the basin.According to the water flow generating index and construction index,hydraulic research was carried out on the water flow rectifying measures including layer number,gradient space,water transmission channel type and size,flow field distribution and turbulent control.Meanwhile,some research was made to study the specific engineering points including pump type selection,pump flow rate,pump water head,and layout of pump,generator,gearbox and pipe.
