改性硅藻土成核剂对聚丙烯性能的影响 被引量:7

Effect of Modified Diatomite Nucleation Agent on the Properties of Polypropylene

摘要 采用高速混合、挤出注塑法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/改性硅藻土复合材料,研究了改性硅藻土对该复合材料的静态力学性能、动态力学性能和热稳定性的影响。结果表明:改性硅藻土的加入使复合材料的冲击强度和弯曲强度得到了提高。当改性硅藻土含量为5%时,复合材料的冲击强度达最大值,比纯PP提高了88.71%;当改性硅藻土含量为20%时,复合材料的弯曲强度达最大值,比纯PP提高了89.12%。PP/改性硅藻土复合材料的储能模量和高温损耗模量较纯PP树脂有明显提高,改性硅藻土含量为15%时热分解温度达最大,热失重率为10%时较纯PP的热分解温度提高了71℃。 Polypropylene(PP)/modified diatomite composites were prepared by a high-speed mixing and extrusion molding method, and the effects of modified diatomite on the static mechanical properties, dynamic mechanical properties and thermal stability of the composite were studied. The results show that the impact and flexural strengths of the composites obviously increase with the addition of modified diatomite. The impact strength of composites reaches to a maximum at 5% diatomite, which is 88.71% higher than that of the pure PP; and then the flexural strength reaches to a maximum at 20% diatomite, which is 89.12% higher than that of the pure PP. The energy storage modulus and high temperature loss modulus of PP/modified diatomite composites are significantly higher than those of pure PP resin, and the thermal decomposition temperature of modified diatomite is 15%; when the mass loss of composites is 10%, the degradation temperature increases by 71 ℃ compared with that of the pure PP.
