摘要
上海作为全国最早进入人口老龄化的城市,自2013年起,在部分街镇启动高龄老人医疗护理计划试点,2014年10月进一步扩大试点的区县和街镇范围。通过两年的实践,试点工作总体平稳,通过跟踪调研,针对试点中的服务体系不完善、护理门槛偏高等问题,不断修改和完善相关试点政策。目前,已为高龄老人提供上门服务7万余人次。
As the first aging city of China, a pilot nursing care for the senile elderly has been initiated in certain streets since 2013 in Shanghai. In October 2014, the service has been further expanded to more counties, streets and towns. After two years of practice, the pilot work has been carried on smoothly. Through follow-up investigation, we are continuously revising and improving the system to deal with problems in the service system and service threshold. At present, we have provided more than 70000 person-times door to door services in Shanghai.
