工业4.0时代技术技能人才培养的对策研究

Countermeasure of Skilled Talent Cultivation in the Era of Industry 4.0

当前我国正处于工业转型升级的关键时期,急需大量高技能人才支撑、引领工业4.0进程。高职院校作为技术技能人才培养的基础力量,其输送的人才仍不能适应经济、社会发展需要,呈现出人才短缺、质量低下等问题。基于高职院校人才培养现状的SWOT分析,明确高职院校办学定位和学校层次;实现由企业到学校的逻辑回转,加强校企双边互动;注入创新元素,实现国外经验本土化实施等方面,提出工业4.0与技术技能人才培养联动发展的对策建议。

At present,China is in the critical period of industrial transformation and upgrading,we need a large number of high skilled talent to support and lead the process of industry 4.0.Higher vocational colleges as the basic strength of killed personnel cultivation,the transmission of talents is far from the economic and social development needs,showing a shortage of personnel and a problem of low quality.Based on the SWOT analysis of the present situation of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,we suggest college should clear its orientation and level,realize the logic rotary from enterprise to college and strengthen the bilateral interaction between them and inject innovative elements to realize the localization of overseas experience.
