创新驱动下的皖北产业升级问题探析

在当前经济处于新常态和安徽实行"调结构、转方式、促升级"之际,皖北作为安徽实现稳增长的难点和重点,迫切需要通过创新驱动产业升级,但是其产业升级改造仍旧面临着一系列的问题,如皖北产业在承接转移过程中自主创新能力不足,产品的附加值较低,产业优势未充分发挥,区域产业的协同有待于进一步提高和资源的约束性较强等,因此,皖北地区应该探索出符合自身特点的产业后发优势爆发途径,加速皖北的工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化建设,提高经济发展的质量和效益。

With the occasion of the current economy is in the new normal and Anhui is implementing the restructuring and the transformation of the pattern to promote the industrial upgrading,Northern Anhui is the emphasis and difficulty to achieve steady growth in Anhui. It urgently needs through the innovation to drive the industry to upgrade. But the industrial upgrading is still facing with a series of problems,such as the lack of the ability of independent innovation in the process of undertaking the industry,the low value-added of the products,the industrial advantage underdeveloped completely,the cooperation of re-gional industry further improved and the strong constraint of resources. Therefore,Northern Anhui should explore the line with its own characteristics in industrial post advantage way. It can accelerate the construction of the industrialization,the informati-zation,the urbanization and the agricultural modernization with the hope of improving the quality and efficiency of the economic development in Northern Anhui.
