艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤的临床效果

Clinical effect of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy treating advanced maligmant ovarian tumor

目的探讨艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年1月~2014年1月收治的晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤患者72例作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各36例。对照组给予单纯化疗,观察组则给予艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量以及不良反应。结果观察组患者的总有效率为66.7%,对照组为41.7%,观察组的治疗效果优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的生活质量改善率为50.0%,对照组为30.6%,观察组的生活质量优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者的不良反应率为22.2%,明显低于对照组的55.6%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢恶性肿瘤有良好的临床效果,能够改善患者的生活质量,降低其不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy treating advanced maligmant ovarian tumor. Methods 72 patients with advanced maligmant ovarian tumor treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 of were selected as study objects.Patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table,and each group has 36 patients.Patients in control group were given chemotherapy simply and patients in observation group were given Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy.Therapy effect,quality of life and adverse reaction was compared respectively between two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 66.7%,while it was 41.7% in control group,and the treatment effect in observation group was better than that of control group,and there was a statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The improve rate of life quality was 50.0% in observation group,while it was 30.6% in control group,and the life quality in observation group was better than that of control group,and there was a statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The rate of adverse reaction in observation group（22.2%） was obviously lower than that of control group（55.6%）,and there was a statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy has better clinical effect treating advanced maligmant ovarian tumor.It can improve patients＇ quality of life and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
