开放性手术与内镜手术治疗甲状腺癌的效果分析

Effect analysis of open surgery and endoscopic surgery in the treatment of thyroid cancer

目的开放性手术与内镜手术治疗甲状腺癌的效果。方法选择2011年4月~2015年4月60例在本院耳鼻喉科进行治疗的甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别实施内镜手术与开放性手术治疗。比较两组的手术情况、不良反应发生情况、疼痛评分与切口满意度、术后情况。结果治疗组的手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,手术切口长度小于对照组;治疗组的不良反应发生率较低,术后24 h疼痛评分较低,切口满意度较高,住院时间较短,引流量较多,引流时间较长,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论内镜手术治疗甲状腺癌的效果优于开放性手术治疗,适合推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of open surgery and endoscopic surgery in the treatment of thyroid cancer.Methods 60 patients with thyroid cancer who were admitted into the department of ENT of our hospital from April2011 to April 2015 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group,and they were given the endoscopic surgery and open surgery respectively.Surgery condition,incidence of adverse reaction,pain score,satisfaction degree of incision and postoperative condition was compared respectively between two groups. Results The surgery time in treatment group was longer than that in control group,the bleeding amount during surgery was fewer than that in control group,and the length of surgery incision was shorter than that in control group;the incidence rate of adverse reaction in treatment group was lower,the pain score of 24 hours after surgery was lower,the satisfaction degree of incision was higher,the hospitalization time was shorter,the drainage volume was more,and the drainage time was longer,and there was a statistical difference compared with control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery in the treatment of thyroid cancer has a better effect than open surgery,which is appropriate for promotion and application.
