腹腔镜与传统开腹术治疗直肠癌的效果比较

Effect comparison of laparoscopic and conventional open surgery treating rectal cancer

目的比较腹腔镜与开腹术治疗直肠癌的效果。方法选取2013年7月~2014年6月我院收治的50例直肠癌患者为研究对象,按照手术方法的不同将其分为观察组30例与对照组20例。观察组给予腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组给予传统开腹手术治疗。术后对比、分析两组患者的手术时间、住院时间等以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的手术时间、术后排气时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后各类并发症发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论相比于传统开腹术,腹腔镜术治疗直肠癌的效果及并发症发生率比较无显著差异,但腹腔镜手术术后恢复快、住院时间短,可有效降低患者的疼痛感受,其治疗直肠癌的优势更明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the effect of laparoscopic and conventional open surgery treating rectal cancer.Methods 50 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014 were selected as research objects and they were divided into observation group（30 cases） and control group（20 cases） according to the different method of operation will be divided into the observation group of 30 cases and control group 20 cases.Observation group was given laparoscopic surgery,while control group was given conventional open surgery.After operation,operation time,hospital stay and so on and the incidence of complication in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The operation time,hospital stay,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in observation group was obviously shorter than that of control group respectively,intraoperative blood loss was obviously fewer than that of control group and there was a statistical difference（P〈0.05）.There was no statistical difference of incidence rate of various complication between observation group and control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Compared to the traditional open surgery,laparoscopic surgery for rectal cancer and the incidence rate of complication is not significantly different,but laparoscopic surgery can recover quickly after operation and the hospital stay is short,and it can effectively reduce the pain feeling of patients, its advantages of treating rectal cancer is more obvious.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
