血液透析及深静脉置管患者多功能治疗衣的设计与应用

The design and application of multifunctional treatment for patients with hemodialysis and deep venous catheter

目的探究血液透析及深静脉置管患者多功能治疗衣的设计与应用。方法选取2013年2月~2015年4月本院收治的129例存在中心静脉导管血栓及纤维鞘的肾病血液透析患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组（65例）和对照组（64例）。对照组身穿普通衣服＋常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上应用多功能治疗衣,观察两组患者血栓及纤维鞘、并发症的发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组血栓及纤维鞘的一次发生率和再次发生率显著低于对照组,不良反应发生率也低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论多功能治疗衣应用于血液透析及深静脉置管患者,有助于降低导管不良事件的发生率,保证血液透析治疗的安全性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the design and application of multifunctional treatment for patients with hemodialysis and deep venous catheter. Methods 129 patients with renal disease receiving hemodialysis and deep venous catheter in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group（65 cases）and control group（64 cases）.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group was treated with multifunctional treatment.The incidence of thrombosis and fibrous sheath,complications and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed. Results The incidence rate and the incidence rate of thrombosis and fibrous sheath in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,and the adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the differences were significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Multifunctional treatment should be used in patients with hemodialysis and deep venous catheter,which can reduce the incidence of adverse events,and ensure the safety of hemodialysis treatment,it is worth of popularization and application in clinical.
