鼻咽癌患者T淋巴细胞免疫功能状态与其预后的关系

Relationship between T Lymphocytes Immune Function and Prognosis in Patients with Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的观察鼻咽癌患者T淋巴细胞免疫功能状态及其与预后的关系。方法回顾性地对148例已行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测的初治鼻咽癌患者进行分析,根据CD4+/CD8+值分为2组,正常值组(n=87例);另一组为低于正常值组(异常组),共61例。2组患者均行根治性放疗及化学治疗,治疗后定期随访,统计2组患者的生存情况。结果异常组与正常组比较,CD4+/CD8+值差异有统计学意义,t=-2.0422,P=0.0429。CD4+/CD8+值正常组患者3年生存率为71.3%,异常组患者3年生存率62.3%,2组差异有统计学意义,P值=0.038。结论鼻咽癌的T淋巴细胞免疫功能状态可作为鼻咽癌患者的一个预后因素,CD4+/CD8+值低于正常者其预后较差。

Objective To investigate the relationship between T lymphocytes immune function and prognosis in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods 148 cases of untreated NPC patients who were checked T lymphocytes sub-group were analyzed retrospectively.Patients were divided into 2 groups according to the value of CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋：87 cases in nor-mal value group,61 cases in low value group.The 2 groups received radical radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Regular follow-up was carried out to record survival prognosis.Results There had significant difference in the values of CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋between the 2 groups,t=-2.0422,P=0.0429.3-year survival rate of normal value group was 71.3%,while that of low value group was 62.3%,P=0.038,there had statistical difference.Conclusion T cell immune function is a prognostic factor in patients with NPC,and low value of CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋is a significant indicator of a poor prognosis for these patients.
