本科生创新能力培养：墨西哥蒙特雷科技大学的经验及启示被引量：13

摘要在欧美发达国家"再造本科教育"的风潮下,墨西哥蒙特雷科技大学也把培养本科生研究创新能力作为其大学转型的重要策略之一。在组织形式上,积极扶持服务本科生研究的联合研究席位的创设;在课程设计上,积极推行以"研究为本"的研究创新类课程;在教学方式上,大力实施"研中教"的嵌入式教学方式和"研中学"的"研究实习"实践方式。蒙特雷科技大学的成功经验启示我们应把培养本科生研究创新能力放在学校战略发展高度,大力开发本科生研究创新的潜力;有效整合创业教育与研究创新能力培养,推动学生创业向创新创业的高层次发展;从组织变革、机制改革等方面积极创设利于本科生参与、融入研究的环境;积极推行以研究为本的课程教学改革。
